1. Use only approved products
Only products selected and allowed by Admin will be available in Product Order. If a product is missing, contact Admin rather than submitting a different product name.

2. Check product and duration
Select the correct panel and duration. Review the original price, your reseller discount, service charge, and final amount before submitting.

3. Enter accurate account details
Enter the required product username and password carefully. Check spelling before submitting; incorrect details can delay delivery.

4. Submit one order at a time
Press Submit Order Request once and wait for confirmation. Avoid repeatedly tapping the button, as that can create duplicate requests if the connection is slow.

5. Track the full order status
Open My Orders and tap an order card/name to view its details, price breakdown, submitted time, notes, and delivery status. Pending means Admin has not finished reviewing it; Delivered means the order was marked delivered; Rejected means it was not accepted.

6. Balance and payment requests
Use the official Add Balance/Payment Request option and enter the correct transaction ID. A request is not a balance top-up until Admin verifies and approves it.

7. Keep your account safe
Never share your reseller login password or OTP. Do not submit false payment details, and contact Admin if an order or balance looks incorrect.

Send Admin the order ID and a screenshot of the issue. Never share your account password in a public group.
